Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. Wins Coveted Industry Award of Excellence

We are excited to announce that Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. has once again earned the Award of Excellence for Outstanding Service by the Association of TeleServices, International (ATSI)!

4 Years 2018

This award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices, International (ATSI). ATSI is the industry’s Trade Association for providers of telecommunications and call center services including telephone answering and message delivery across North America and the UK. Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. was presented with the award at ATSI’s 2018 Annual Convention held at Embassy Suites, Charlotte, NC.

The Award of Excellence program is a six month long "mystery caller" quality assurance evaluation independently judged by placing random calls into our call center. 

Independent judges, contracted by ATSI, evaluate services over this six month period. The scoring criteria includes:

- Response Time

- Courteousness of the Agent

- Accuracy of Call

- Knowledge of Account

- Overall Impression of Call

After scoring these calls against pre-defined industry criteria, ATSI has determined that Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. has exceeded expectations in customer call service and should be awarded with this prestigious honor.

Agents are evaluated on how they interact with callers based on established call handling criteria. The program gives participating companies bragging rights – and with good reason!" The award started 22 years ago as a means to improve the overall quality of the call center industry by setting expectations and measurements to ensure a successful call handling experience.
