The primary component of answering service is Call Forwarding,
a feature available through your telephone service provider. Whenever
you leave the office, you "activate" your answering service
by forwarding your main office telephone line to one of our call
center's dedicated numbers. To your callers, the switch is
seamless.
When the call enters our call center, it is transferred to the
first available operator. Your account will flash on the
operator's computer terminal complete with all necessary contact
information and dispatch instructions. By answering your
line in your company's name gives the caller piece of mind that
someone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for their needs.
When you return to the office, you "de-activate" your answering
service. You will now be taking your calls directly and can
retrieve your messages through any one of our popular Client Services.
